Mathieson Consulting LLC provides professional consulting services to law enforcement agencies, professional organizations and private sector businesses throughout the United States.  Mathieson LLC can assist you in the creation of leadership, supervision and management training and development programs that will give your organization a winning advantage.  We are also available to assist private sector companies, especially those doing business with government agencies.

Mr. Mathieson is a 35 year veteran of law enforcement and a former Chief of Police in the state of Florida.  He has worked as an instructor for over 30 years, most recently as a contractor for the International Association of Chiefs of Police.  His areas of specialty include Leadership, Supervision and Organizational Excellence, among other topics.   He has ongoing contracts with a number of cities and law enforcement agencies throughout the country to provide similar training, including the City of New York, Washington County, Oregon and Raleigh North Carolina.
